Weight Matters accept GP Referrals and can help individuals to lose weight for health reasons, or take up an exercise program regardless of their medical conditions.

Weight Matters will equip you with the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage your own weight more effectively. This is achieved by continuous support throughout your weight loss program and one to one sessions. Sessions can vary in length from just 20 minutes depending on your prescription and will consist of healthy eating plans, weigh & measures and progressive exercise programs.

Combining all 3 will boost your weight loss and gain the maximum benefits, as it is much easier to control your weight when you are more active! With vast experience in the fitness industry, Weight Matters offers expert guidance, support and motivation to help you reach your targets using individual fitness assessments, weight loss goal setting, weekly weigh & measures, healthy eating plans, and a physical activity program. Weight Matters are located in Swinton, Manchester area. Covering Worsley, Boothtown, Monton, Wardley, Ellenbrook, Eccles, Walkden, Leigh and all local areas.
